Maximum Performance, as the name suggests, is a course where participants get the tools to achieve maximum success in whatever they do in life.

The main goal of the course is to use internal motivation to build a positive self-image and strong self-confidence, since belief in one’s own abilities determines in many ways how we fare in life. The course begins with a strengths analysis where participants get the opportunity to discover and work with their own strengths and abilities. Then it goes into how we can change our experience of reality by changing our attitudes, beliefs and focus.

Participants learn to process difficult emotions, overcome obstacles, and get rid of negative “limiting beliefs”. They also learn many effective ways to get themselves in a positive state of mind.

Finally, participants are trained in communication skills, to stand up for themselves and form deep and meaningful relationships with others.

We all have much more power within us than we realize, and participants are given the opportunity to harness this inner power to create who they want to be and the life they want to have.

Course content:
  • What is your inner treasure and how can you use it in everyday life? Participants get the opportunity to discover their own strengths and skills and learn to use them more effectively in daily life. When we know what we are capable of, we feel more confident and are better equipped to find a suitable job that enables us to flourish in life.
  • Understand self image and how it affects our lives. Participants learn how their self image is created and how it affects their lives. A lot of emphasis is placed on building a positive and strong self-image throughout the course, and participants are given many tools for this. 
  • My focus, my reality. Participants learn how to change their experience of reality by changing their attitudes, beliefs, and focus. 
  • Getting rid of negative beliefs. Our beliefs, values and attitudes color our identity and how we experience ourselves and situations we find ourselves in. Negative beliefs can reduce ability and courage and cause various emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression. Participants learn to let go of negative beliefs that stand in their way of enjoying rich and happy life.
  • How do I get into a positive state of mind? Participants learn various methods throughout the course to change how they feel and how they can put themselves and others into a positive state of mind. 
  • Body language and how it affects us and others. Participants learn to use body language to empower themselves and increase their own well-being. They also learn to read other people’s body language and use it to influence others. 
  • Seeing the opportunities in the challenges. Participants learn to use a growth mindset to face challenges in life and find the opportunities that are hidden there. 
  • Working through difficult emotions. In our society, we don´t talk much about emotions and the important a role they play in our lives. Participants get an insight into what emotions are, where they come from and the importance of listening to and not shutting down difficult emotions. Various methods will be used to reduce anxiety and increase well-being.
  • Stepping out of your comfort zone. One of the most important things done during the course is to help the participants step outside and expand their own comfort zone.
  • Your intuition and how to use it. Participants learn to listen to their intuition and harnish this inner power that most people are unaware of.
  • Turning negativity into positivity.  Participants learn to deal with and protect themselves from the negativity of others with certain tools. Participants also learn to use NVC (non-violent communication) to deal with criticism from others and turn negativity into positivity.
  • Creating meaningful relationships. How do I use communication skills and active listening to form new and constructive relationships? Participants learn to use certain communication techniques to make new friends, strengthen friendships and get others on their good side.
