Make your dreams come true
Make your dreams come true is a course where the main goal is for participants to gain a clear picture of the career field that suits them best. The course begins with a strengths analysis and other tests that identify the participants’ strengths, talents and interests. Then it’s on to goal setting where the participants learn to activate their inner motivation and make better use of their time by planning the day in advance and prioritizing the projects that are in line with their goals. Participants learn to get out of the victim role, take responsibility for their own lives and listen to their intuition. They are also coached in presenting, interviewing and overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving their goals.
The course is designed to help participants harness their inner power and gain faith in their own abilities so that they can make their dreams come true and create the life they want.
Course content:
- What is your inner treasure and how can you use it in everyday life? Participants get the opportunity to get to discover their own strengths and talents and how to apply them more in their lives. When we know what we are capable of, we feel more confident and are also better equipped to find a suitable job where our strengths and talents can be best utilized.
- Getting out of the victim role. Participants learn to take responsibility for their own lives and find the opportunities hidden in the challenges they face.
- What is my dream job? Participants go through a screening process designed to give them insight into the jobs that are the best fit for them. The analysis involves finding the main strengths, abilities and areas of interest of the participants. The basic needs and values of the participants are also addressed.
- Goal setting and intrinsic motivation. Participants learn to set SMARTER goals and activate internal motivation to achieve their goals.
- Planning and time management. Participants learn to make better use of their time by planning the day in advance and prioritizing the projects that are in line with their goals.
- How does the subconscious mind control us? Participants learn to let go of old ingrained habits that are holding them back and reprogram their subconscious with new constructive habits that are align with their goals.
- Ready for the interview. It is important to know how to present yourself well when going to a job interview, as our communication with others happens mostly, or 93%, through body language and tone of voice. Participants learn to use certain body language to both put themselves in a powerful state of mind and have a positive effect on the interviewer. They also learn to read other people’s body language.
- Participants learn to listen to their intuition and how to use this inner power to an increasing extent that most people are unaware of.
- Standing up for yourself. Participants learn to deal with and protect themselves from the negativity of others with certain tools. Participants also learn to use NVC (non-violent communication) to deal with criticism from others and turn negativity into positivity.
- Creating support around you. How do I use communication skills and active listening to form new and constructive relationships? participants learn to use certain communication techniques to make new friends, strengthen friendships and get people on their good side.
The length of the course is 12 x 90 minutes
